The Portland Library offers two purpose-built rooms for all your conference, meeting and training needs.

Conference / Meeting room:

Our Conference Room is suitable for meetings, seminars, and presentations.

It is equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 20 people seated at tables, and up to 40 seated theatre style.
All presentation equipment can be provided as needed, by prior request as part of room hire cost including:

  • Laptop Computer
  • Digital Data Projector and Screen
  • Electronic Whiteboard
  • Hearing Loop
  • Wireless internet available

Training room:

Our Community/Training Room can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. All computers are equipped with Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2007 and Broadband Internet access. Other programs may be added for training purposes by arrangement.
