Libraries After Dark – A conversation with Dr Jodie Fleming, Psychologist, inspired by the film Embrace Kids.
Parents and carers of young people are invited to join the conversation at the Portland Library. Supporting young people to build confidence, self-esteem and good mental health.
Jodie will draw on the themes of Embrace Kids to unpack the challenges facing young people online and in the media and provide practical tips on ways parents and carers can provide support and set healthy boundaries.
Dr Jodie Fleming is a Clinical and Health Psychologist; Positive Psychology Practitioner; certified Run Walk Talk Practitioner; author of A Hole in My Genes; and, a wellness retreat leader. Jodie currently works as the School Psychologist at Emmanuel College in Warrnambool, as well as running her private practice, The Psychology of It.
