Shae will guide you through a meditation practice in which you will consciously relax your body and your mind, using various breathing and mindfulness techniques.

Bring along an Open mindset, Yoga mat or towel to sit or lay on, A cushion and a blanket for comfort and warmth and wear comfortable clothes.
