Come along to the Portland Library and explore various ways to enrich your mind, body and soul through exercises and activities that are both Active and Passive.
The session will start off with moving your Body through stretches and warm ups (Passive), followed by active movements through music exercises from head to toe (Active), and finish with a warm down (Passive).
The session will then move onto getting in touch with your soul using exercises that will make us laugh, help us to de-stress and making us feel like a kid again (Active). Followed by getting in touch with your feelings through a chat and chew (Passive/Tea Break), finishing the session by enriching your Minds with a focus on Visualisation (Active) and Meditation (Passive).
Chairs will be provided, BYO mat if desired but not essential.
