Please note:
Submitting a room hire request form is not confirmation of a booking. Applicants must await confirmation of a booking from library staff.
All hirers must supply evidence of current public liability insurance, or a $16.40 surcharge will apply.
Requests to cancel a booking must be made at least 24 hours before the booking is to take place.
