- Business-hour rates apply during opening hours.
- After-hours rates apply for all other hours.
- All costs are valid as at 1 July 2025 and are GST-inclusive.
- All room hire rates will be charged by invoice at the end of each calendar month.
- The Large Meeting Room can seat a maximum of 16 people.
- The Small Meeting Room can seat a maximum of 8 people.

Please note:
- Bookings should be made at least one week in advance where possible.

Submitting a room hire request form is not confirmation of a booking. Applicants must await confirmation of a booking from library staff.

All hirers must supply evidence of current public liability insurance, or a $13 surcharge will apply.

Requests to cancel a booking must be made at least 24 hours before the booking is to take place.
